Richard Forster is the Director of WA Quality Training and Consultancy Services Limited, a consultancy created in 2018 to provide expertise, guidance and advice in quality management and accreditation, enabling companies to provide a quality-focused service to their customers while ensuring compliance with regulatory accreditation requirements.
WAQTACS provides this expertise through consultancy services including on-site or remote audits and reviews, as well as site-based staff training in the quality and technical requirements of accreditation.
Richard's experience spans the Home Office Forensic Science Service, the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) and Randox Laboratories, amassing experience since 1989 in quality management, accreditation, auditing and training.
